| Change of ETL technology from OWB to ODI |
The Extract Transform Load (ETL) technology has been
changed from Oracle Warehouse Builder (OWB) to Oracle Data Integrator
(ODI). The data processing that was done earlier using the OWB Maps is
now done through concurrent programs. ODI handles the core ETL
functions. The data integration with multiple source systems such as
Oracle E-Business Suite, Flat files and Plant Devices through tags is
more efficient and faster. |
| Reprocessing of MOC Data |
Reprocessing of MOC Data feature recalculates the past
data for tag readings, output, status, output summary, status summary,
and reason readings table when you provide input data for tag readings
raw, CSV data for equipment output, or CSV data for equipment status.
Recalculation enables you to go back in time and update any past status
data coming from the CSV file, providing you the flexibility to correct
any past data. This feature is used at a specific equipment level and
all equipments level in a plant. |
| Error Management |
The Manufacturing Operations Center provides capability
to correct the errors encountered during loading of data through flat
files or collected from source systems such as Oracle E-Business Suite
using simple WebADI based template. It also provides an ability to view
the entire error data, improving the efficiency and accuracy of data
integration. |
| Asset Performance Dashboard |
Asset Performance Dashboard provides reporting
capabilities for production and maintenance assets within an
organization. The dashboard displays the reports for the shop floor
events such as breakdown, excessive scrap, unstable equipment and also
details of asset status, production performance, output, scrap, and
operating parameters |
| Production Supervisor Dashboard |
Production Supervisor Dashboard displays reports that
fetch data from shop floor equipment and provide real-time information
about equipment status and production performance. |
| Oracle Business Intelligence Mobile Support |
This feature allows you to view Oracle Business
Intelligence Enterprise Edition content on supported mobile devices such
as the Apple iPhone and Apple iPad. You can View and analyze BI content
such as analyses and dashboards, BI Publisher content, scorecard, etc. |
